Returns & Exchanges

• Change of Mind: Within 10 days, unused, in original packaging, with your invoice. Refunds issued as a credit note. 10% restocking fee applies.

• Manufacturer Faults: Replacement available within 12 months for wholesale/reseller purchases. Include invoice and request an exchange.

• Normal Wear & Tear: Not covered—includes broken links, smashed stones, pulled jump rings, or tarnishing from exposure.

Jewellery Care Tips

• Remove jewellery when bathing, sleeping, or exercising.

• Store in a dry, dark place away from other pieces.

• Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth.

• Shiny finishes: polish with a silver cloth.

• Matte finishes: clean with baking soda and hot water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

Tarnishing: Natural over time; proper storage and cleaning keep your pieces looking beautiful.
